"Iggy's sauerkraut is the highlight of my lunch! I act polite around my friends and family by only taking my share but when the meal is over I always polish off any left. I like it on toasted bread or just eat it plain because of its texture and flavor. It is more important to my sandwich than mustard or mayo or pickles... it is what makes the dish delightful!
