Every one of our ingredients has a story. We never use pasteurization, vinegar or sugarcane. Our cultured delights include botanical honeybrew kombucha, sauerkraut, kim chee, beet kvass, hot sauce & seasonal delicacies. We delight in the double meaning of the word culture, and see the revival of traditional cultured foods as playing a primary role in reclaiming our cultural identity, remedying the modern day homogenization, sterility, and industrialization.
